1. International Customers (outside the Philippines):


At TechWise Dad, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy:

  • Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only if you have not accessed or started the course material. Once the course material has been accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be processed.
  • Process: Send an email to support@techwisedad.com together with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process refunds within 7 business days.
  • Exceptions: Refunds are not available for digital products once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing the course, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Special Circumstances: If you’re experiencing issues with the course or content, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.



2. Local (Philippines) Customers:


For our customers in the Philippines, we adhere to the following refund policy in compliance with local consumer protection laws:
